J.W.Anderson x Topshop

I'm currently lusting after the soon-to-be released J.W.Anderson collab with Topshop. There are so many pieces that I want/need in my life. I really love how he's set out to create a substantial collection rather than just little titbits... the only downside being, I want it all! My collection favourites include: the little peter pan collar dress, bat jumper, pinafore dress and big tartan scarf, the possibilities are endless! Now I just need to whittle down my choices, help! 

obsessions

Lately I've been completely obsessed with two pieces or 'playsuits' [if American!] A flash of midriff is always a winner and I guess I've started thinking about what I'm going to wear to Beacons Festival, even though I have to wait until August for my fill of festival frolics. I was scanning the Topshop Tumblr for some inspiration and came across this patchwork beauty...

I also had a little look on Etsy to see if I could find anything similar and I found a great shop on there called Qs Daydream. They hand make THE cutest little vintage inspired two piece playsuits. LOVE.

what's new?

Some of the bits and bobs I've been collecting recently. I'm obsessed with slip dresses at the moment so I was happy to acquire these beauties from a vintage fair. I've been searching for the perfect wicker basket for a while now and picked this one up from a charity shop. The grey cashmere cardigan is from eBay, I changed the buttons to some nice gold Burberry ones I'd kept hold of. I've wanted an American Apparel peter pan collar shirt for an age so finally took the plunge and the Topshop T-bar shoes are going to be sweet with sockies when the weather brightens up a little.
